本規約は、Ronbun Lab（論文ラボ）が提供するウェブサービス「Ronbun Lab」（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する事項を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意のうえ、本サービスをご利用ください。

本規約は、Ronbun Lab が提供するウェブサイト ronbun-lab.com およびアプリケーション Ronbun Lab（以下総称して「本サービス」）の一切の利用に適用されます。

Ronbun Lab（ronbun-lab.com）に掲載されているテキスト・画像・動画等のコンテンツの著作権は、運営者である株式会社スマートトレーディングまたは Ronbun Lab に帰属します。引用元の学術論文の著作権は各論文の著者・出版社に帰属します。

第5条（免責事項）

Ronbun Lab のコンテンツは学術論文の内容を紹介するものであり、医療・健康上のアドバイスではありません。具体的な健康上の判断は、必ず専門家にご相談ください。当社は、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

第6条（プライバシーポリシー）

Ronbun Lab におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

第7条（規約の変更）

当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
